Robinhood (HOOD) has teamed up with Kalshi, a CFTC-regulated prediction market platform, to introduce trading on NFL and college football game outcomes. The feature will be accessible via Robinhood's Prediction Markets Hub, available nationwide through Kalshi.

The platform distinguishes itself from traditional sportsbooks by operating as a federally regulated exchange where trades are treated as commodities, not wagers. Buyers and sellers directly set prices, leveraging financial market structures rather than fixed odds.

This MOVE positions Robinhood to compete with established sports betting platforms like DraftKings and Flutter Entertainment's FanDuel. The launch follows Robinhood's earlier signals of interest in prediction markets, marking its continued expansion beyond traditional trading.
